As I pointed out in my review of episode 3&#215;16, there were only two ways the writers could go with this plot: Meredith survives with no ill effects, or Meredith survives and needs rehab or physical therapy. Since 3&#215;17 was titled &#8220;Some Kind of Miracle&#8221; you can guess which direction the writers eventually chose. [...]</description>
