Edit: The owners of Innovative Apartments were arrested and charged with fraud in 2008. I’m not sure if they’re still around, but if they are, it would probably be a good idea to steer clear of them.

Well…turns out, they were a scam after all! The ones operating Innovative Apartments (Bobby Portnov, Brian Portnov, and Nader Jaber) were all arrested for fraud. Innovative Apartments’s rebuttal to my comment above was, as you can see from the evidence (their arrest and the fact that their case is now waiting to be heard in criminal court), a blatant lie.
