I figure it’s about time to check in with a quick report on how my diet is going. I’m actually doing very well still and am somewhat surprised that I’m sticking to it this long into the new year! I know it hasn’t quite been two months yet, but that’s a long time for me.

Anyway, I can attribute my success to calorie counting, exercise, and good old fashioned willpower. It’s true that I thought about taking supplements such as ionamin a few weeks ago, but I never got around to making a purchase — which is a good thing because now it looks like I won’t be needing any extra help in that area after all!

Well, maybe I should wait and see what the next two months bring before I write off supplements for good….
