I bought a Mont Blanc Noblesse Oblige Rollerball a little while ago (the review is here) as a special treat for myself, but I find that I haven’t been using it quite as often as I thought I would. For one thing, I never carry it with me because I don’t want to shove it in my purse or pocket where it could get scratched up. Plus, truth be told, I don’t want other people to ask to borrow it, which always seems to happen when I have one of my nice pens out. So it’s just sitting here on my desk collecting dust.
Next time, I think I’ll go with a cheaper pen that I won’t be so scared to use. For example, I could have gotten a couple hundred personalized or novelty pens for the same price. That’s something to think about for the future, I guess.
