Fans of the HBO TV series The Sopranos no doubt have fond memories of all the action that took place at Satriale’s Pork Store, a fictional business that had a real storefront in Kearny, New Jersey. Now that the series is finished, there was no reason to keep the building and storefront as they were, so a savvy commercial real estate agent decided to capitalize on the location’s popularity by putting condos there instead.
The name of the development, appropriately enough, will be “The Soprano”, and units are reportedly going to be sold for between $325,000 and $385,000 each.
Personally, I wouldn’t want to buy a condo just because it sits where portions of The Sopranos was filmed, but hey, that’s just me. I bet those units will sell out in no time!
