After a very long hiatus, Entourage Season 6 will start up again soon — as in July 12!! It has been a very long time since I’ve seen Vince, E, Ari, and the rest of the guys in action. In fact, I forgot how Season 5 left off, so I had to go back and read some recaps to brush up on the current storyline.
Vince lost all his money producing the bomb Medellin, and essentially became a pariah in Hollywood. He couldn’t even get work doing Decaslim reviews in an infomercial because no one thought he had enough star power. He was reduced to making paid appearances at birthday parties, remember?
And then Martin Scorsese called and said he wanted to cast Vince in his next movie. So I guess Season 6 will be about Vincent’s slow rise back to Tinsel Town’s A-List.
I remember kind of getting tired of Entourage at the end of Season 5, as the episodes were just plain boring and didn’t go anywhere. Let’s hope there’s an improvement in Season 6!
