Entourage 6×01 — “Drive”: Well, that was a pretty damn boring start to Season 6! WTF is going on with this show? What even happened in the episode? Do you mean to tell me that the biggest conflict going on right now is between Ari and Lloyd?? Ugh.
First of all, I checked Rex Lee’s (Lloyd’s) Wikipedia page as soon as the opening credits rolled tonight — and learned that he’s leaving the show in the third episode! So obviously whatever “hazing” Ari is going to put him through won’t work. Either that, or he’ll be hired away by a different agency.
Autumn Reeser will replace him. The name gave me an “Oh shit” moment because at first, I confused Autumn Reeser with Elizabeth Reaser, whom I grew to despise as Alex’s idiotic love interest on Grey’s Anatomy. But not to worry… I actually like Autumn Reeser from her work on The O.C., and hope she’ll be able to inject new life into this show.
As far as the boys go… their biggest problem is the fact that E might move out into his own place? Give me a break. Please tell me the writers have something more interesting in store for them this season!
