Burn Notice 6×08 — “Unchained”: I was not a big fan of the main storyline tonight. I’m ready to see the core four take on an assignment together instead of having them split up all the time like this. Have they even been in a single scene together this season besides at Nate’s funeral? Probably not, and it’s time for that to change.
Is Pearce leaving the show? I understand that those types of supporting actors are only contracted for a certain number of episodes, but I had hoped that positive reaction to the character would have kept Pearce around longer. She is one of the only outsiders that has worked well with the team. She didn’t try to become one of them, yet was still central to many successes. If she’s gone for good, I’ll definitely miss her.
And where was Maddie tonight? Episodes are always better when they can fit her in somewhere!
